After a deep plane facelift, when do you start to see results from surgery?
You might be surprised to know that you’ll see a noticeable difference the very next day, once the dressing is removed. The improvement is immediate, and your appearance continues to get better over the following two weeks as swelling subsides.
You’ll notice a steady, progressive improvement during those first two weeks.After that, the rate of change slows as scar tissue remodels and any residual swelling settles down over the next several weeks.
As a general guide, about 75% of your final result will be visible by the end of two weeks, but it can take up to nine months to see the complete, refined outcome.
The key thing to remember is that you’ll see results almost straight away, and a dramatic improvement within the first two weeks.
